We are delighted to invite you to the 17th GRIHA Summit, GRIHA Council’s annual flagship event on Sustainable Development, scheduled for 3rd–4th November 2025 at the India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. This year’s Summit is centered around the theme: “Innovate to Act for a Climate Resilient World.”

As part of the Summit, two special exhibitions will be featured:

Industry Showcase – highlighting cutting-edge sustainable materials and technologies that are driving a continuous shift in the building sector.

Design Competition – Nirmaan – inviting participants to design an office building located in one of India’s five climatic zones (Hot-Dry, Warm-Humid, Composite, Temperate, or Cold). Each entry will present a physical model supported by a detailed analysis demonstrating the effective use of passive design strategies to respond to the selected climatic context.
