Terms and conditions:

  • Exhibitors will be provided with 2 complimentary delegate pass to the conference per stall.
  • The exhibitor's can more than one stalls and combine the same for a bigger stall.
  • Package includes lunch, tea and sitting arrangements for two persons manning the stall.
  • The cost is for a built-up stall as shown in the schematic illustration on the previous page.
  • Cost for add-ons shall be extra and based on actuals. Please refer to the attached list of possible add-ons.
  • All rights with respect to the exhibition rest with the organizers.
  • The exhibition stalls shall be reserved on a first come basis and the reservations shall be done only on 100% advance payment of the stall rental.
  • The stalls shall not be allowed to be sub-let.
  • The stalls cannot be altered in any way in terms of dimensions or alterations to the panels. No alteration which causes permanent damage to the stalls shall be allowed.
  • Overhangs and encroachment into the passage is not permitted.
  • Cancellation of stall reservation shall be not be accepted two weeks from the conference date. In case of cancellations, only the rental shall be refunded and not the taxes.
  • The exhibitors shall be responsible for the safety of their stall displays. Even though there is constant security, GRIHA council shall not be responsible for any damages/theft.
  • In case, the exhibitor's are unable to make the payment for reservation of stalls before 1st Jan. 2016, GRIHA council reserves the rights to cancel the booking of the stall.
