All upcoming projects (except industrial projects) that measure more than 100 sq m and comply with the mandatory requirements may register to be GRIHA compliant.

GRIHA pre-certification : Facilitates branding for projects less than 20,000 sq. mtr and fast track environmental clearance for projects more than 20,000 sq. mtr. All GRIHA pre certified projects to register for GRIHA on receipt of environmental clearance.Read More..

SVA GRIHA :Facilitates design and evaluation of projects (individual residences, small offices and commercial buildings) with built up area ranging between 100 sq. mtr and 2,500 sq. mtr. Read More..

GRIHA :Facilitates design, construction, implementation and post monitoring of projects with built up area more than 2,500 sq. mtr. It is mandatory for all GRIHA pre certified projects, projects of the Government of India and upcoming buildings of the Public Sector Undertakings to register for GRIHA.Read More..
