The Hyderabad Metro Rail Ltd will build a Rs 7-crore commercial complex at Putlibowli, for rehabilitating traders and hawkers affected by road-widening in Badi Chowdi-Sultan Bazar areas. The complex, to be built on a plot of 2150 sq yards, will have 2 cellars and 5 floors with total built-up area of about 77,000 sq feet. It will have ample parking area in the cellars with lack of parking facilities being a major problem for customers in the old area. The complex will be a green building with natural ventilation and other eco-friendly features.
