GRIHA Council is organizing a 1-day training programme on GRIHA for Large developments (GRIHA LD). It is a variant of the GRIHA rating system, tailored to address the unique challenges and opportunities associated with large-scale developments like townships, institutional campuses and residential or commercial complexes. GRIHA LD is applicable for projects with a site area of 50 Hectare or more.

The training is specifically designed to equip participants with the knowledge and understanding of the requisites of this rating variant. It will apprise the stakeholders like property owners, architects, green building consultants, MEP consultants, etc. and students who are the upcoming professionals, with the concepts required in designing and developing sustainable large-scale projects, in alignment with GRIHA for Large Developments.
