ADaRSH, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) and Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) are organizing a two hour workshop to demonstrate SVA GRIHA web tool on 14 October 2013. The deeper understanding of the design-cum-rating tool shall enable design & implementation of SVA GRIHA rated projects, which has been incentivized for developerpants (in terms of premium ans and occud property tax rebate by PCMC).
